Renovo utilizes an internal Admin Dashboard which interacts with Google APIs (specifically Google Docs) to visualize business metrics and job logs. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Data Accessed: The internal dashboard accesses specific Google Docs in a Read-Only capacity to extract anonymous weekly revenue figures and service areas.
• Data Usage: This data is strictly used to display performance charts within our private Admin Portal.
• Data Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or sell any Google User Data to third parties.
• Access Control: Access to the Admin Portal and the Google Data is strictly limited to authorized Renovo administrators via Google OAuth.
