These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Renovo Exterior Cleaning ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our property maintenance services.

1. Services Provided

Renovo Exterior Cleaning provides exterior cleaning and window cleaning services in the Colchester and Tendring District areas. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. The final price may be adjusted if the scope of work differs upon visual inspection. We will notify you of any price changes before commencing work.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate this via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods which will be detailed on your invoice.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care while working on your property, Renovo Exterior Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose fittings, or structural weaknesses that may become apparent during cleaning or maintenance. We are fully insured for any damage caused directly by our negligence.

6. Internal Dashboard and Google APIs

We maintain an internal Admin Dashboard for business management purposes. This dashboard may request access to authorized Google accounts via Google OAuth. Only authorized administrators of Renovo may access this dashboard. Any use of Google APIs complies fully with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
